Combining advanced technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, you will be responsible for the complete workshop journey, from service booking and vehicle reception through diagnosis, repair, invoicing, and vehicle handover. You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and OEM repair procedures to identify and rectify faults efficiently while ensuring compliance with Polestar and Al-Futtaim standards. This role requires a technician who is passionate about electric vehicle technology, committed to a "Fix It Right First Time" approach, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
