About our companyClicks GroupIntroductionWe are looking for talented individuals to join the LEAP team to provide a vital role in keeping pharmacies running smoothly through a responsive helpdesk and onsite technical support services.Job description Job purpose:To be responsible for the support of applications and systems in the LEAP portfolio which includes Dispensary, Front shop applications used in Stores (South Africa – Clicks and Unicare, and independent pharmacies in South Africa and neighbouring countries.Job objectives:Fielding, logging, tracking support queries from usersEnsure software quality by identifying, debugging, and reporting issues through manual and automated processing, preventing defects from reaching users.Ensure applications are correctly configured to accommodate the different set up rules for the above-mentioned areas.Verify that software meets performance, functionality, and security standards.Work with customers, software specialist and developers and vendors to resolve issues.Assist with documentation of processes and set up.Conduct investigations escalated from users to identify potential bugs or shortcomings in the applications.Identify areas for improvement on the applications.Share skills and best practice with team members to ensure continual growth of the teamTraining end users on the use of the LEAP Application
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Experience or knowledge of Pharmacy OperationsKnowledge of Healthcare IT applicationsMust be dependable, uses ones initiative.Ability to liaise with users at all levels.Customer focussed with a professional, consistent: can do attitude.Ability to learn new technologies.Ability to work with minimum supervision to tight deadlines.
