This position is responsible for managing a group of stores through the various OK Franchise owners and/or managers by providing support and guidance to ensure all goals and objectives set for the region are met.If you are someone with FMCG Retail background, in a branch management role, we would love to meet you.

Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer management, merchandising, stock management, cash handling, banking, financial controls, systems, reporting and administration

Maximise sales; identify gaps and opportunities related to product linesManage and minimise costsManage and minimise shrinkageManage and control company assetsTertiary qualification in retail management or a related field

3-5 years FMCG retail branch management experience
