Job Description
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and achievement of sales targets.Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance goals.Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and loss prevention initiatives.Handle employee orientation, training & development to foster a knowledgeable and engaged team.Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and basic math calculations for daily transactions.Conduct interviewing and recruiting efforts to build a strong retail sales team aligned with company standards.Coordinate shift management duties such as scheduling, supervising cashiering activities, and ensuring operational compliance with safety standards.

Education
Proven management experience within the retail industry or similar sales environment with supervisory responsibilities.Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service to enhance store performance.Demonstrated ability in inventory management, merchandising, purchasing, and inventory control processes.Excellent communication skillsbilingual or multilingual abilities are a plusto connect with diverse customer bases and team members.Experience with POS systems, cashiering, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math fundamentals.Leadership qualities with a focus on team management, training & development, and operational oversight.Organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
