Job Description

Job Summary:In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of project Architectural Design tasks and Landscape Architecture associated with the development of the New Murabba Project. The Architect is responsible for coordinating the scope and integration of work assigned to subcontracted design entities. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and teamwork skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and the desire to innovate designs as well as architecture work processes.Major Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, or arrange initial and detailed phases of the Architectural Designs for the project.Plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application, and adaptation of layout techniques, procedures, and criteria for the Architectural designs of the project buildings, facilities, and structures.Prepare studies, designs, reports, proposals, value engineering studies, or alternate technical concepts in accordance with Engineering Procedures and contribute to the Architectural design of the project facilities.Will be responsible for the review of Architectural Design tasks and Landscape Architecture associated with the development of the region.Prepare essential contractual documents such as Scope of Work, Request for Proposal (RFP), and Information Report.Analyze problems with conflicting design requirements, sketch ideas, and possible solutions.Prepare or assist in the preparation of conceptual studies, designs, reports, or proposals.Prepare letters to vendors and clients.Coordinate architectural efforts in assigned areas with specialty groups, engineering disciplines, the client, vendor, contractors, construction, and other functional groups.Identify and implement sustainability requirements.Arrange and integrate design work between the architectural discipline, engineering disciplines, and other design entities.
