The objective of the Senior Project Manager is to implement and complete the project according to the conditions of the customer order and the defined project management standards in such a way that the contractually stipulated performance, quality and scope are delivered in compliance with the target dates and costs.What are my responsibilities?Lead technical, operational, and financial projecttasks for successfully implementing airport baggage/cargo handling system.Formulates project parameters and monitors progress, tracks key milestones, and reports on project status to stakeholders using various tools and methodologies.Organizing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk logs, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to project team members.Interacts with clients and interprets their needs and requirements.Identify project risks and issues, assess their potential impact, and work with the Project Team and other functions to develop mitigation strategies.
