Our services span from initial planning and investment, through start-up and operations.Engage as part of commercial leadership with the customer and other team members to develop and align strategy, methods, and controls for a safe and successful work environment.Participate, as appropriate, in delivery related meetings, working with the area team and directly supporting the teams on the status and resolution of variations, claims and other commercial issues (administration, reporting, close-out, etc.).Self-performance of activities to support the program objectives.Team management, guidance and development to effectively resolve change events, claims and disputes fairly including coordination with legal as may be required.Performs and manages claims related matters to resolution, defining strategy and actions.Team player that can direct and receive guidance and feedback.Development and implementation of process and procedures for the administration of claims.Perform reviews of contract terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk, ambiguities, conflicts or deviations and the actions required.
