It helps our customers to thrive, communities to progress and supports sustainable development.Join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings division as Senior Commercial Project Manager – and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!Perform Commercial Project Management activities and tasks for the assigned Projects Portfolio.Drive end to end commercial execution, business performance planning and ensure alignment of portfolio performance with organization goals.Oversight of commercial execution across projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with KPIs (Revenue, Billing Plans, Cashflow and Margins)Contract & Claim management with clients and subcontractorsDriving & monitoring of project KPIs (Revenues, Cashflows, Billing Plans etc.)Ongoing project Performance Monitoring (calculation and plan vs actual deviations)Ensuring timely cleanup of balance sheet and aging commitments costsEvaluation of Risks & Opportunities, risk mitigations and reportingMonitoring and evaluation of plan, actual & committed costs, and identification & corrections of discrepancies
