Job description
As part of this role you will be accountable for developing and delivering execution plans, training plans and required upskilling associated with EPC workflows and digital solutions to the organization and projects. This role will be reporting with the Infrastructure GBU Innovation Manager. Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify innovation opportunities for prospects and projects working closely with the Infrastructure PIIM team, including reviewing existing Bechtel Innovate innovations menu and suggesting potential new opportunities for additional exploration, contributing to the GBU’s innovation strategy and roadmaps.Understand, document, and implement applicable innovation use-cases, including required modifications, in support of project scope and Bechtel’s role and enhance the Technical Readiness Level (TRL) as appropriate.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
B.S./M.S Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science with 10+ years of experience in engineering/ construction innovation or technology in design and construction with min. 7+ years as BIM/VDC manager, innovation/technology deployment lead for construction
Experience
Previous experience implementing innovative and digital technologies and methodologies in construction.
