This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.What are my responsibilities?Support the BA community (Project Controlling, Performance Controlling & Business Accounting) in routine and monthly closing activities.Maintain customer and vendor master data on a GMDM tool.Oversee and direct all fixed asset transactions that record, change or update asset records, i.e. additions, disposals and transfers along with performing annual fixed asset inventory count.Assist with the filing, booking, and clearing of purchase order receipts in Spridon (SAP), as well as coordinate the release of payments with the GBS team.Prepare and submit all the e-forms related to manual payment, assets, etc…Set up bank guarantee requests in collaboration with the sales and SFS teams, in addition to their recovery from customers.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
