Job Description
The Prime Contracts Manager will support the Project Director and Commercial Director to facilitate effective administration and management of the prime contract agreement between Client and Bechtel. The position reports operationally to the Commercial Manager and functionally to the GBU Manager of Prime Contracts. Duties and responsibilities include implementation of the Prime Contract Management Program and ongoing related training, monitoring compliance with project/prime contract completion requirements and status. In consultation with GBU Management/Legal, facilitate strategies for effective management of project commercial matters, including creation and capture of contemporaneous records.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering.
Experience
Demonstratable experience of managing client contracts with similar commercial terms and incentivization models.
