Job Description
Major Responsibilities:Oversees writing and review of Technical Query’s. Provide support to Construction Department and disposition field changes by issuing DCN’s.Perform civil site development design / design reviews and coordinate with other disciplines and departments for site development packages. Utilize computer and computer codes to perform site development analysis and designs.Incorporates lessons learnt and best practices in standard engineering documents such as procedures, design guides, criteria and specifications.Review Land Allocation Requests (LAR’s).Coaches one or several individuals or teams on a specific competency or subject area.Education and Experience Requirements:University/College graduate with BS in Civil Engineering or related.12 to 15 years experience in Civil Engineering on large industrial and infrastructure jobs with emphasis in planning and site development including design of roads, storm drainage and utilities.Thorough knowledge of discipline engineering techniques, the design of engineered systems, design calculations, specifications and drawing requirements.Conducts and directs quality reviews of projects, in accordance with engineering procedures and instructions and ensure consistency of reviews across the project areas

Education
Takes responsibility for resolving technical issues within the discipline, other disciplines, and engineering staff as well as with third parties (customer, suppliers, and regulators).Significant experience with Civil 3D design as well as BIM / Digital Twin design processes and automation techniques.
Experience
Middle east experienceDrives engineering progress and performance towards meeting or exceeding targets for a project.Accurately assesses a situation to find the best solution or way of working in order to resolve the issue. Is focused on creating a long term fix rather than short term solution.
