Job description
Develops and supervises all types of non-medical training plans and projects of the Hospital. Directs training activities, management training, language training, computer training and other training for non-medical healthcare professionals. Conducts training needs analysis studies and implement training plans.Essential Responsibilities and Duties 1. Develops, implements, continously monitors and updates as necessary the mission, goals, objectives, policies and/or procedures and other official documents.

4. Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining and evaluating assigned personnel. Establishes and maintains a positive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies and implements discipline procedures.
