"Optimization Initiatives-"Lead domain optimization and solution programs, ensuring governance, quality, and value creation for clients.Conduct performance review, facilitate professional development and mentor consultants."Technical Documentation-"Review and approve documentation ensuring functional accuracy, completeness, and alignment with domain standards and organizational objectives.
