We encourage you to watch this video which gives a glimpse at what we (you) are about to build! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRh_oy6yItI Job Responsibilities:Responsible for gathering and compiling data essential to the administration of (sub)contracts.Assists with implementation of contract administration procedures and coordinates or monitors the completion of administrative tasks.Monitors areas of contract performance as assigned.Gathers and compiles data for the preparation of documents and the administration of contracts.Assists Contract Manager or Contract Administrators in completion of the various administrative tasks required to effectively administer contract agreements.Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific contracts problems, as assigned.Organizes materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations, and training sessions.Assists in the preparation of periodic status reports.
Responsibilities & skills
Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Basic knowledge of contract types, terms and legal requirements.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other industry related field along with 1 5 + years of experience OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10+ years relevant work experience is required.
