It helps our customers to thrive, communities to progress and supports sustainable development. Join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings division as Commercial Project Manager and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!Financial planning, controlling and reporting of projects and contracts KPIs.Contract & Claim management with clients and subcontractorsDriving & monitoring of project KPIs (Revenues, Cashflows, Billing Plans etc.)Analyzing ongoing project calculation and plan vs actual deviationsEnsuring timely cleanup of balance sheet and aging commitments costsEvaluation of Risks & Opportunities, risk mitigations and reportingMonitoring and evaluation of plan, actual & committed costs, and identification & corrections of discrepanciesProcessing of purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAPBills verification with reference to agreed terms & conditionsMaintaining progress & payment records of subcontractorsFollow up of accounts receivable
