Participants should be prepared to start October 15th, 2023. Returnship positions will offer a 48-hour work week. To qualify for the Bechtel RISE returnship, candidates should:Be a Saudi national or have the right to work in Saudi Arabia without employer sponsorshipBe on a career break from their primary field for two or more years at the time of applicationHave prior work experience in the functional area of interest 

Requires a Bachelors degree (or international equivalent) from an accredited university and 4 or more years of relevant experience. If qualifying with a Masters degree, 3 or more years of relevant professional experience.

2-3 years of professional experience working on large, industrial, construction projects.Commitment to a zero accident safety program.
