Reporting to the Procurement Director, responsible for managing the procurement process of Consultants/Contractors including SOI/PQQ, tender production, tender queries, evaluation process, writing award recommendation reports and LOA/Contract preparation. project descriptionThe project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare SOI and PQQ documentation with support from technical team.Production of tender documentationProduction of Tender Addendums and tender query responsesManages the technical and commercial evaluation process for all tendered projects in the Programme.Manages the delivery of the evaluation reports within the agreed time.Produce the written award recommendation report and associated documents for representation to the client.Produce Letter of Award and Agreements/Contract documentsEnsure project objectives and goals are met on time, in an ethical manner always, and in accordance with project procedures and processes. 

Sound knowledge of commercial aspects of major civil & infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities with significant experience in procurement and contract management of such projects.

BSc construction management, engineering,Required professional memberships and charterships required (MCIPS required).Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.
