Directs the overall administration of Housing Services. Assesses Hospital Housing needs and forecasts future requirements. Develop strategic plans and recommends proposals based on changing needs.Essential Responsibilities and Duties 1. Develops short and long-range plans for Housing. Determines the most effective methods of Housing resources utilization. Prepares budget forecasts. Initiates developments of cost containment program.2. Conducts studies of housing usage, availability and cost. Makes projections for housing requirements based on anticipated numbers of employees, and demographic factors such as number of single males and females, married employees and countries of origin. Determines the most cost effective methods of employee’s housing, i.e. granting housing allowance or providing Hospital housing.3. Develops, modifies and implements systems for housing assignment priorities of residents. Ensures that systems are administered fairly and employee-oriented. Recommends required changes and execute the changes.4. Develops, modifies, and implements departmental policies and procedures to meet changing needs. Develops guidelines for housing personnel to meet the needs of residents. Establishes goals and objectives and monitors achievements based upon the Hospital strategic objectives.

Masters or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline is required.

Nine (9) years with Masters including four (4) years in a senior/supervisory position, or eleven (11) years with Bachelors Degree is required
