Job Summary: The Contracts Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the contract activities of multiple PMCs involved in a project. This role ensures that all contract processes are aligned, compliant, and effectively managed to support project objectives.The preference would be given to the experience in prequalification and evaluation process of Modularization Contractors and EPC Contractors including contract experience in other related service contracts in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with other PMCs and vendors.Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal standards and project requirements.Development and management of prequalification criteria, plan and evaluation of Modularization Contractors and EPC Contractors

Identify potential contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor and report on contract performance and risk factors.
