These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.KBR is looking for - Equipment Operator, HeavyResponsibilities:Lifting Plans & Method StatementsDevelop detailed lifting plans for cranes, hoists, winches, or specialized lifting gear.Choose suitable lifting equipment (slings, shackles, spreader beams, cranes) based on load, geometry, and environment.Coordinate and manage contractors’ heavy equipmentOversee rigging crews during complex or critical lifts.Lead toolbox talks and lifting safety briefings.Proactive Safety aptitude and behaviorEnsure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.

Minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance DiplomaMinimum 3 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance Degree.Must have 3rd party certified lifting and rigging qualificationStrong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
