Job Description
Assist the Manager QR Shafallah to coordinate all matters relating to handling of Shafallah special needs individuals. Ensure that all queries/ concerns are dealt with in a speedy and effective manner. Key accountabilities include:Monitor the system changes I updates in staff records of special needs individuals (GEMS, Staff Travel, HRES) as requiredHandle all work related materials as required by Shafallah special needs individualsResponsible for handover of special needs individuals to their respective parents/guardians after duty hours and maintain log for the sameEnsure cleanliness of work environment for Shafallah special needs individualsAssist the Manager QR Shafallah in handling day-to-day tasks related to Shafallah special needs individuals.Assist Manager QR Shafallah to improve the working conditions and help special needs individuals to adjust and adapt themselves to the working environments
