Qatar Airways are excited to be launching a new opportunity to join our Customer Engagement & Loyalty team as a Loyalty Content Officer with knowledge of Arabic language.As a Loyalty Content Officer, you will provide verbal and written translation and interpretation of marketing materials, correspondence, forms, articles, and instructional and other materials from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic. Serve as an interpreter for a variety of meetings, workshops, conferences and special events. Examine official documents, organize and assist the department in a timely and efficient manner.As part of the role’s operational responsibilities, you will also:Prepare Arabic and English literary translations - translate key materials, such as marketing copy and other relevant loyalty materials, from English to Arabic or Arabic to English for Loyalty Department and Management to ensure clear communication and availability of both English and Arabic materials.

Perform other department duties related to this position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Liaise with concerned parties to clarify information related to the documents by serving as an interpreter for a variety of meetings, workshops or other tasks directed by Management.Deal with confidential documents and information by maintaining confidentiality between QR Departments and Marketing Agencies.
