You will ensure maximum utilization of available resources while ensuring compliance to policies, standards and procedures as laid down by the department.You will ensure time and attendance management with roster uploads and plan/ prepare training calendar for trainers.You will also produce statistical and analytical reports as required by management in relation to classroom, trainee and topic / subject usage and delivery, complete trend analysis reports as required and provide feedback on process improvement, efficiency recommendations and providing solutions.

Knowledge of forecasting for training/resource requirements.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Well-developed knowledge in planning disciplines, such as rostering or time and schedule management.
