As a Standards and Procedures Specialist under Cabin Services, you will develop and maintain Cabin Crew reference materials and effectively communicate changes in policies, standards and procedures to all Cabin Crew.You will develop, write, distribute and continuously update all service manuals, reference guides, product and services notices, reminders, leaders' alerts and other communication across all communication channels. Additionally, you will evaluate customer and crew reports / feedback, and data obtained from partner departments and external sources to identify areas of improvement to the current product and service. 

Strong track record in designing, producing and delivering impactful communication activity.

Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4-years job-experience or high school with a minimum of 5-years of job-experience.
