Accountabilities:Oversee the review, evaluation, and approval of furniture samples, ensuring all furniture adheres to British or European standards, with a focus on safety and design suitability.Lead the furniture procurement process, including vendor selection, contract drafting, and bid evaluation, interpreting the feasibility of a project with respect to budget and schedule.Guide the design direction of a project in line with the purpose and function of the project.Utilize design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp or VRay to create precise furniture layouts, ensuring compatibility with space and design requirements.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, adept at handling multiple concurrent projects.Excellent ability to analyze and interpret the needs of staff customers and offer appropriate solutions within the ambit of laid down guidelines.

Bachelors degree or Equivalent with minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
