Full job description The main responsibilities of this position include: 1. Conduct cutting-edge research in human-centered robotics, including:Design, development, and evaluation of robotic systems and interactive experiences.Design, implement and evaluate systems and conduct research based on commercial robotic platforms/components (e.g. commercial humanoid robots).Implementation and optimization of 3D shape sensing techniques and actuation methods,2. Deliver cutting-edge technical demonstrations of prototype robotic systems.3. Lead multidisciplinary research teams, supervising BSc, MSc, and PhD students to conduct world-class research in interactive robotics.4. Supervision of Bsc, Msc and PhD students to conduct research and publish outcomes in high-level academic conferences and journals.5. Teach one graduate course per academic semester (in their field of expertise).

Ph.D. / Doctoral Degree and Masters degree in a relevant research domain (computer science, computer engineering, roboticsetc) from an internationally recognized university.

1. The candidate should be experienced in leading academic or industrial research projects.2. The candidate should have experience in applying for and securing research grants from agencies or industry.
