For co-located properties, this includes coordinating and verifying that hotel departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet Owner needs, too. The Butler is key to building rapport with Owners, proactively anticipating Owner needs and acting upon them where possible.Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
