Job DescriptionJob Summary:As an Assistant F&B Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that all areas within the Food and Beverage department are properly managed in a structured and professional manner. You will assist the Department head in order to achieve the optimum performance of each operation outlet within the Food and Beverage department.General Duties and Responsibilities:Take overall responsiblitiy for Food & Beverage department in the absence of the Director of Food & BeverageMonitor Guest feedback in relation to service, products and promotions and reviews according with Director of Food & BeverageOversee all training activities of Food & Beverage department in conjuction with Training DirectorReview and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets and monitor according to budgetConsult all outlet managers on operating requirements and quality standards

Education
Assist Director of Food & Beverage on reports, forecasts, budget, marketing plan, festivals and special promotionsInterview candidates for Food & Beverage service vacanciesSuggest FF&E replacements or additions
Experience
experience is an assetPrior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
