Job Description
JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to obtain accurate demographic, financial, diagnostic, and insurance data and enter data into electronic medical records to initiate claims processing. The Patient Registrant strives to minimize patient arrival time to the treatment area, improving customer satisfaction as it relates to the registration process, wait time, and general communications. The patient registrant will greet all patients, visitors, and customers in a friendly, helpful manner.

Experience
Registration, billing, and Epic experience is preferredStrong customer service skills required
