At Central Maine Healthcare our team members are committed to providing exceptional care and experiences for our community and for each other every day.Position Summary: The Distribution Specialist processes all incoming and outgoing package and mail shipments on a daily basis. Also responsible for shipping and receiving functions, material handling, stock distribution and fulfillment of supply requests through the use of MMIS or handheld barcode systems. Other duties will include furniture moves, record storage and distribution, and any transportation functions as required from the CMMC Distribution Center to the Medical Center and its affiliates. Additional duties include managing of supply par level locations by reviewing and fulfilling low stock needs, reordering stock as well as putting stock away upon receipt and assuring par level locations are clean and organized per hospital policy

20. Initiates stock out notifications as needed or directed.21. Notifies requester if unable to fill order.22. Processes all incoming stock within MMIS system and puts stock away in designated areas using stock rotation process.
