Night shifts worked are also eligible for shift differentials. The Personal Support Specialist assists with the overall care of residents in cooperation with other facility staff as assigned by the CRMA/Charge Nurse. Works in close cooperation with other team members to give personal care to assigned residents as needed. Assists in any way possible to provide a safe, homelike, and comfortable environment for the residents.
