Utilizing the nursing process, the nurse navigator provides education and resources to facilitate informed decision making and timely access to quality health and psychosocial care throughout all phases of the surgical continuum. 

Demonstrated ability to direct and triage in a highly fluid dynamic operational environment.Ability to collaborate with all layers of the management/ administration team.
