Full job descriptionAt Central Maine Healthcare our team members are committed to providing exceptional care and experiences for our community and for each other every day. Bolster Heights is seeking a Residential Aide to join our team! This is a full-time, 40-hours benefits eligible position. Starting pay is $18.25 plus a Sign-On Bonus of $2500. This is a Residential Aide position with our Bolster Heights Long Term Care Facility in Auburn, Maine. The Residential Aide assists with the overall care of residents in cooperation with other facility staff as assigned by the charge person/Director of Clinical Services. Works in close cooperation with other team members to give personal care to assigned residents as needed. Assists in any way possible to provide a safe, homelike, and comfortable environment for the residents. 

High School or GED required.Current CNA certification in the state of Maine.Listing on the Maine State CNA Registry without annotation.Student NA must complete certification program and be placed on the State Registry within four months.
