Job Description
Reports to the Head HAM/Admin.Handled all fleet administrative activities.Have a complete fleet database on trucks and driversReview all administrative cases when necessary.Supervise the activities of the HR/Admin Officers.Keeps updated records of current staff and drivers.Daily reconciliation of trucks and drivers’ statusKeep update records of drivers on awaiting tyresKeep update records of drivers on minor and major repairs

Preparing monthly activity report for the best performing drivers in the fleet.
