Job Description
Job Role and Responsibilities:· Achieve Business volume and revenue growth of the Area assigned.· Establish, manage & develop efficient distribution set-up across the area of coverage.· Appoint new distribution network & fill gaps in the territory with targeted secondary selling practice· 100% utilization of Sales Force Automation, closely monitor sales team’s performance SFA, Evaluate staffs with their performance & create road map for improvement.

Minimum 2 years & Maximum 4years of ASM level experience is required.Conversant in MS Office, generating reports in Microsoft Excel, Preparing Power point presentations
