Job Description
Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and control the hazards associated with the highly hazardous chemicals used in their processes through effective implementation of Process Safety Management System.Develop and execute process safety programsConduct process hazard analysisIdentify and evaluate process safety concernsRecommend and implement corrective actionsProvide technical support to operations to ensure compliance with safety regulationsConduct investigations of accidents, process incidents and near miss eventsFacilitate and participate in process hazard analysis (PHA) studiesEnsure proper execution and documentation of MOC processInterface with plant management, operations, and engineering
Responsibilities + Skills
Strong knowledge of process safety regulations and standards.
Education
Knowledge of OSHA regulationsAbility to identify and assess hazardsAbility to integrate safety requirements into the decision-making process
