Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY)· Apply the necessary pilot flavors/fragrances for the development of the flavors/fragrances, if applicable.· Prepare all the application samples that must be sent, according to the Sample Note from the Commercial Department.· Organoleptic control of the flavors/fragrances. Identify non-conforming products for improvements.· Resolve technical problems arising from the application of flavors/fragrances.· Confirm the stability of the applications of flavors/fragrances applied.· Keep the database and records of the department updated.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
A bachelors degree in food science, Chemistry or related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a similar position. Mastery of computer tools and spreadsheets Knowledge of quality control methods.
