Job Description/RequirementsDangote Group is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Consultant for SuccessFactors. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors module for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Succession PlanningWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design and configure the system accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modulesStrong understanding of HR processes and best practices
