The COO will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of dredging projects. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all operational activities related to dredging projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.- Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with company goals.- Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of dredging operations and address any project challenges.- Monitor project performance, budget adherence, and overall operational efficiency.- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.- Lead, mentor, and support the operational teams across various project sites.- Collaborate with other executives and department heads to develop business plans, set goals, and ensure alignment across all functions.- Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and project approvals.
