Our client is seeking a results-driven B2C Sales Manager with hands-on experience in HVAC, BOPP tapes, flexible packaging, industrial tapes, and building materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales, developing dealer networks, and promoting HVAC tapes and related products in the Lagos market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute B2C sales strategy for HVAC tapes and building materials in Lagos.Identify and build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and retail customers.Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.Follow up on leads, convert prospects, and maintain strong customer relationships.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Provide feedback from the market to improve product offering and services.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.35 years of B2C sales experience in building materials, HVAC, flexible packaging, industrial tapes, or BOPP tapes.Strong client network in Lagos across relevant sectors.
