At least 4 years of experience in CRM or multi-channel marketing.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle journeys, loyalty, and retention programs.Proven experience with CRM and campaign management tools (experience with Braze is a plus).Analytical and data-driven with a good eye for messaging and content that performs.
