Key Responsibilities:o Identify prospective clients and assess their financial needs.o Market loan products to individuals, small businesses, and groups within the community.o Collect and review loan application documents, conduct background checks, and verify client information.o Carry out credit appraisals and submit loan proposals for approval.o Disburse approved loans in line with bank policies and procedures.o Monitor loan repayments and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.o Maintain proper documentation of client records and loan files.o Conduct post-disbursement visits and loan utilization checks.o Report delinquent accounts and work with recovery teams where necessary.o Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and encourage loyalty.o Ensure full compliance with internal credit guidelines and regulatory requirements.Education & Requirements: A University Degree. A minimum of 2 years of sales, marketing or product management experience preferably in service sector. Experience in banking sector preferred
