Job DescriptionBusiness ObjectivesProvide oversight and early detection of late running activities within KUL airport infrastructure that may lead to delays.Provide coordination of critical ‘save me’ flights and assigning assets and resources efficiently.Provide an alignment/coordination between the operations department for PTC eventsProvide delay trend analysis from a front line level observation.Provide PTC monitoring/tracking/recording and advance planningProvide follow up reporting and suggestion for positive change measures
