Investigate any errors or interface failures and resolve on timely basisResponsible to monitor and correct inbound outbound data. Correct and reprocess import export load failure and failed accounting postingsAnalyze and process minor and major incidents. Proposed recommendations for corrective actions to prevent recurrenceAnalyze, document and process change request received. Monitor and coordinate testing and update the relevant documentationManage overall user administration in ConcurBuilding and maintaining all documentation related to our business systems and processes to ensure it is up to dateEnsure all activities carried out are in compliance to Company policies and procedures, and are of high ethical standardsOther tasks that may be assigned from time to time
