What are you accountable for?Conceptualize, organize and execute events for region retail channels, the sales & distribution team (estimated 500 events yearly, excludes roving activities)Responsible for the sales & revenue generated from the events/projectsObserving & analyzing the business needs based on current trends & demands in the regionEnsuring projects proposed are executed as planned, end to end from proposal, costing, official approvals, execution, report and post mortem. Working closely with dealers/retailers and distribution team, monitoring the targets

Education
Hiring, evaluation and working closely with vendors (mostly event organizers), shopping malls, contractorsEvaluate sponsorship requests in the region by preparing business justifications for sponsorship requests, proposing & recommendations of sponsorship request, negotiation of sponsorship requests
