Job description
You will work with the People and Culture team to drive recruitment for our SEA business and to ensure that we are able to find and engage with great people to fulfil some great opportunities to work at Hays. You will be responsible for producing engaging content and advertisements, coordinating recruitment activities and managing applications.Sourcing and CoordinationSupport candidate attraction through JD update, adverts creation and other recruitment related content creationPrepare internal email comms for internal referral programmes, internal vacancies etcOrganizing or conducting reference checks
