Knowledge of beauty trends and industry developments.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in beauty or retail management is a plus.
Education
Experience
Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry.Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to train and motivate a team of sales associates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and employees.Extensive knowledge of beauty and fragrance products, including their benefits and usage.Ability to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
