As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and prepare for a successful career in the IT field. Program Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities:Training and Development: Participate in a structured training program that covers fundamental IT concepts, technical skills, and best practices.Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.Project Support: Collaborate with experienced IT professionals on real-world projects and initiatives, applying your knowledge and skills to solve practical problems.Mentorship: Receive mentorship and guidance from senior IT staff to accelerate your professional growth.Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development through training, workshops, and online resources.Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow trainees and IT team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Requirement:Education: Completed studies as of 1st May 2024 with Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bio Tech or any related field OR must have graduated less than 24 months of an application dateTechnical Skills: No prior work experience required however an understanding and knowledge any of the following skills is a plusSecurity information and event management (SIEM) products, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS)Programming and Ops Skills: Python, Perl, Ruby, Powershell.Agile and DevOps Toolsets: Jenkins, Ansible, Git, Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services.
