Job DescriptionThe Jira Specialist is responsible for managing and and maintaining our Jira platform. The Jira Specialist will be responsible for configuring and customizing Jira to meet the needs of our organization, as well as providing support and training to users. Job responsibilities may include:Configure and customize Jira to meet the needs of our organizationProvide support and training to usersTroubleshoot and resolve any issues with the Jira platformWork with other teams to implement best practices and improve the use of Jira
Responsibilities & skills
Education
At least diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.ITIL Foundation v3 Certification or higher.A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in IT Technical Operations or IT Product Management, with a proven track record.
Experience
Experience in user engagement optimization and a track record of implementing successful business improvements.Strong multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
